These kit designs are an important piece of revenue for most clubs, just check out the sales. Last year, FC Barcelona somehow topped the list with $179m made from kit sales, Real Madrid coming in at second with $155m, and Bayern in third with $147m.

Paul Pogba handed 4 year ban

🚫🏥4 year ban handed to French superstar, Paul Pogba. The incident occurred after Juventus played a match in Serie A back in August of 2023. The Italian anti-doping agency found that Pogba tested positive for Testosterone, a substance which Pogba denies ever taking. The 2018 World Cup winner has been sidelined ever since that positive test, and the decision has now been made to suspend him for 4 years, a sanction that Pogba says he will appeal.

Internazionale Milano 🤝 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Inter have recently dropped the drip of the season as they unveiled a set of special edition Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles-themed kits, which Simone Inzaghi’s team will wear for their Serie A fixture against Genoa on Monday evening.

• The collection is brought to us by another celebratory collaboration between Inter and Paramount+

• Inter donned a limited edition Transformers film series kit against Udinese 

• Paramount+ and Inter will donate the jerseys to children pediatric wards across Milan

• Against Genoa, Inter will be equipped with shirts inspired by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Series

• The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, produced by Nickelodeon animation and Point Grey pictures, will be available on Paramount+ from March 1

• Fans will be able to purchase the Ninja Turtles Special Edition version of the Home, Away, and Third jerseys at San Siro or for us domestic folks store.inter.it 

🔙👀🤩 TBT Atletico Madrid 🤝 Columba Pictures, who can forget 2003/04 La Liga season with Atletico Madrid displaying the drip on the pitch. The Spanish club signed a sponsorship deal with  Hollywood Movie company Columbia Pictures, this allowed them to change their sponsor every time a new motion picture came out and they really did have some strange sponsors. Throughout the course of the campaign, Los Rojiblancos had not one, not two, but SIXTEEN different movie titles adorning their jersey. Even two decades on, images of their iconic striker Fernando Torres with a Spider-Man logo on his chest still do the rounds on social media.

• In an era that predated the omnipresence of social media, Los Rojiblancos and their kaleidoscopic kits inadvertently set the stage for viral marketing. The interplay between the ever-widening football audience and the roster of Hollywood’s biggest hits ensured maximum eyeballs and a truly global reach for the club.

• Atletico Madrid had a wide range of movies on show such as, Spider-man, Hell-boy, Resident Evil, Peter Pan, Triple X, The Terminator, Hitch and Spanglish, among many others.
