The club soccer season has come to an end in Europe, and it’s time to pull out your favorite international soccer team’s jersey. The top 3 teams favored to win the tournament this year? England, France and Germany. But the beauty about these international tournaments is that there is always an underdog that will surprise us all.

🏆️ X 1️⃣ 5️⃣ They Dynasty Continutes. Some teams just have the winning DNA, no matter what you throw at them. Real Madrid won their 15th Champions League trophy this weekend as they beat Borussia Dortmund 2-0. The team with the second most trophies? It’s Italian side AC Milan, with 7. Madrid are pulling away from the competition and the team is only getting scarier. This is a young side with a lot of hunger and talent, with 2 of the top talents in the world of soccer right now: Vinicius Junior and Jude Bellingham. Oh yeah, did we mention they are set to sign another world class player? Kylian Mbappe. Just when you though they Dynasty was coming to an end with some older players retiring, a new one is unfolding in front of our eyes.

With wide hopes of tasting European glory with Borussia Dortmund, end in bitter heartbreak for a player who won all our hearts. The BVB legend bows out from top-flight soccer as the 35-year-old forward has announced his exit from Borussia Dortmund this year. Born in Dortmund, previously a part of the club’s youth setup, the lad spent 12 years gearing the yellow and black kit. He’s gone to make 424 appearances so far, scoring 168 goals and contributing 128 assists.

🔙🩼🤕 Heartbreak after Heartbreak, objectively one of football’s most unluckiest player with all due respect. Dortmund’s loss against Real Madrid marked another heartbreak for Marco Reus. Despite winning the German Cup twice, the Bundlesiga title has eluded him. From European defeat, to last day heartbreak— Reus has had the misfortune of falling ever so short of glory multiple times.

🔜👀🥹Hollywood Bound? The man has spoken, Fabrizio has reported the LA Galaxy has sent a contract proposal to the now free agent, Marco Reus.

  • Reus has been met with several offers linked with Charlotte FC, St. Louis City SC, and LA Galaxy; with LA Galaxy has front-runners

  • St. Louis City SC goalkeeper Roman Burki expressed his hopes of seeing Reus in the MLS soon, and shared his willingness to make sacrifices for Reus’ potential move. St. Louis City SC head coach Bradley Carnell described the potential reunion of Burki and Reus as a fairytale, but urged caution with the transfer window

The player’s agents reportedly met with LA Galaxy officials at Wembely Stadium following Dortmund’s loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League final. LA Galaxy are no expected to intensify their efforts in signing the 35-year-old legend, and will need to compensate Charlotte due to MLS’s player discovery rules. LA Galaxy have agreed with Charlotte in order to buy Reus’ discovery rights, with movement also occurring on the player side. Reus has received proposals from Saudi Pro League clubs, but he’s now advancing with a move to Hollywood.
